Thanks for sharing. Very timely information since I’m struggling with spending quality time with God. I need to set up a date and just show up. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed going to bed late and waking early to prepare for work and still end up being late. Hence, I’m not getting to spend much time in the Word and prayer.
I do enjoy listening to music as I drive to & fro work so I’m able to pray & worship thru songs.

Anyway, I will work towards improving my current situation.

Music helps me to connect with God too. Sometimes, I wake up with a song on my heart. Then, I google it because most of the time, I only know a few lines! Lol

What has helped me to spend more time with God daily is actually music. I love music and as it is a regular part of my day, I am always reminded through the lyrics of how much God loves and adores me, gospel music that is lol. So that always sets the tone or helps prepare my heart to spend time with God.
